B&B Lavershuis

A little peace of heaven close to Brussels

A UNIQUE HAVEN OF PEACE OFFERING A WIDE RANGE OF OPPORTUNITIES

The Lavershuis is a B&B, set in the leafy surroundings of Wemmel, a small town on the outskirts of Brussels. The famous Atomium, the King Baudoin Stadium, the Royal Botanical Gardens, the Royal Palace, and Mini Europe, are but a short distance away.

It's not only the city that's near at hand, but also several areas cultural interest, and nature, are easily accessible by car or by train from Brussels:

• the Pajottenland, where Breughel found his inspiration;
• the Green Belt around Brussels;
• the Scheldt river area and the cities of Aalst, Termonde and Malines (Mechelen);
• and Ghent, Bruges and Antwerp are only a short train-ride - or drive - away,

However, it’s not just the surrounding countryside that you'll enjoy, but also staying at the Lavershuis itself. Its special features include large bedrooms with private bathrooms, a living room with open fire-place, a lovely external hot-tub, several terraces and rolling gardens that gradually become meadows where horses, sheep, chicken and rabbits happily enjoy life.

Although the Laverhuis is very close to the city and urban life, you will be staying in a very rustic setting. We can guarantee that you will be well-looked after during your stay. Meals, conference room, guided tours and other facilities can be provided upon request . Bicycles are free of charge and biking and hiking routes are available.

Come and see us! You will most certainly come back!
